By using memeos.world or the MEME OS Discord application you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 and allowed to use crypto services where you live. You must also follow Discord's Terms of Service.

MEME OS provides software tools to create and manage Solana tokens. Launches are executed on public blockchains after you pay a ticket-specific address. MEME OS is not a broker, exchange, or financial advisor.

You are responsible for the content you submit (names, images, links) and must own or have rights to it. No illegal, infringing, hateful, or impersonating content.

You are responsible for providing a correct payout wallet. Transactions sent to a wrong address cannot be reversed.

Each ticket shows itemized costs and an expiry time. Network fees and on-chain actions are final. Unused funds are settled as described in the ticket where technically possible.

Crypto assets are highly volatile and may lose all value. Nothing on MEME OS is investment advice. You use the service at your own risk.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. Blockchain networks, RPC providers, and third-party platforms may fail or delay transactions.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, MEME OS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses from market movements, third-party services, or user error.

We may refuse or stop service to anyone who abuses it or breaks these terms.

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the new version.
