Privacy Policy

MEME OS ("we") operates memeos.world and the MEME OS Discord application. This policy explains what data we handle when you use them.

From Discord: your Discord user ID, username, and the server/channel ID where a command is used. We do not read messages outside of commands sent to the app.

Data you submit: coin name, ticker, description, image, links, social handles, and the Solana payout wallet address you provide.

Blockchain data: public Solana transactions related to your launch ticket.

Website: wallet addresses used to sign in and basic technical logs (errors, rate-limit records).

We never ask for or store seed phrases or private keys of your personal wallets. Payments are sent by you from your own wallet.

To create and process launch tickets, deploy your coin on-chain, deliver tokens and fees to your payout wallet, prevent abuse and fraud, and operate and improve the service.

We do not sell personal data. Coin details and transactions are published on public blockchains and token metadata services by design. We use infrastructure providers (hosting, database, Solana RPC, image storage) only to run the service.

Ticket records are kept as long as needed to complete launches, settle payments and keep an audit trail. On-chain data is permanent and cannot be deleted by us.

You may request access to or deletion of off-chain data linked to your Discord ID by contacting us. Removing the app from your server or account stops further data collection.

Requests from Discord are signature-verified, data is stored in access-controlled databases, and ticket wallets are isolated per ticket.

The service is not intended for anyone under 18.
