Draws winners from wallets still holding after 12h, top 10 excluded.

What it really does

The Mind reserves a SOL pot and a draw time. At the draw, a 12-hour-old holder snapshot is compared with live holders; only wallets still holding, outside the top 10, are eligible, and winners are picked using a recent blockhash as the random seed.

Hard limits

enforced by policy, not the model

Pot is reserved up front and counts toward the 60% program cap.

Top 10 holders and the Mind wallet can never win.

Winners are drawn from on-chain balances only.
