Tests an idea, measures the result, remembers what worked.
What it really does
During strategy, the Mind may start one experiment: a hypothesis plus a metric (holders or market cap) and a window of 1–24 hours. The baseline is the live reading at that moment. When the window closes, code measures the same metric again and labels it worked (over +2%), flat or failed. The last five verdicts are fed back into every strategy pass, so it learns what actually moved the coin.
